A10 to exit 47 junction Pongau/Bischofshofen onto B311 – exit Bischofshofen/Mühlbach am Hochkönig onto B164 – after approx. 9.5 km in the resort turn right (uphill) towards the Arthurhaus – after approx. 6 km turn left (downhill, signpost) down to the Kopphütte - follow the road for approx. 1.5 km (keep to the left).
Lofer – Saalfelden – Maria Alm – Dienten – Mühlbach/Hochkönig – shortly after the resort centre turn off left (uphill) towards the Arthurhaus – after approx. 6 km turn left (downhill, signpost) down to the Kopphütte - follow the road for approx. 1.5 km (keep to the left).
arriving in Winter
In winter, winter tyres and snow chains are absolutely necessary for cars. You can purchase snow chains for all standard wheel sizes from us or in resort. For legal reasons rental is not possible.
